User Data Deletion
This page is how you ask us to delete inbox data we hold. You email a person. This is not an automatic delete button.
1. Email us
Send a request to build@byartefact.com. Say you want your inbox data deleted. If you can, name the Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account you used to message the practice. We will delete the inbox data we hold for that conversation.
2. Remove the app on Facebook
You can also remove the app from Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites. That cuts the connection on Facebook. It does not delete copies we already hold. Email us for that.
3. What we delete
Inbox data we hold: the Facebook Page-scoped id, Instagram-scoped id, and/or WhatsApp wa_id tied to the conversation, plus the message text.
Deleting our copy does not delete the same thread from the practice Facebook Page, Instagram inbox, or WhatsApp. Ask the practice if you need that gone too.
